365 Alongside is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our high-performing trade team. If you’re passionate about quality work, thrive in a team environment, and are looking for a role where your skills are valued and your growth is supported—this is for you.
About the Role:
You’ll be working across a variety of commercial and body corporate projects, including:
- Building maintenance
- Repairs, installations, and refurbishments
- Fix-outs, cladding, decking, and framing
Our work spans from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, so a variety of sites and scopes to keep things interesting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified carpenter with relevant certifications
- Minimum 2 years of trade experience preferred
- Own vehicle and tools (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and a positive site culture
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
- White Card essential

The Role
As a Painter & Plasterer, you’ll work across commercial and body corporate properties, delivering high-quality finishes and repairs. You’ll:
- Carry out painting, plastering, and surface preparation to professional standards
- Work safely and follow procedures at all times
- Collaborate with a supportive team and maintain strong client relationships
- Take ownership of your work and contribute to a culture where everyone goes home proud of their efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Trade-qualified Painter and/or Plasterer, or solid proven experience
- A genuine team player who thrives in a culture of respect and accountability
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices
- Own tools, driver’s licence, and reliable transport
- White Card essential

About the Role
365 Alongside is seeking a Maintenance All-Rounder who thrives on variety, takes pride in their work, and is ready to be part of a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role across multiple trade scopes—no two days are the same.
You’ll be working on:
- General building and property maintenance
- Basic carpentry, plaster patching, painting
- Door repairs, fence fixes, hardware replacement
- Small-scale make goods and insurance works
- Working across commercial, residential and body corporate sites
About You
- Strong background in general building or trade maintenance
- Competent in a range of repair and trade tasks
- Problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, well-presented and takes pride in a job well done
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- White Card essential
- Working rights in Australia
